Management Team
Daniel Szmandiuk
Daniel graduated from UTS in 1998 with a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours and the University Medal, a discretionary award given only to the very highest achievers across all the faculties of the university.
With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Daniel has led many large and complex projects for well known Australian firms in various verticals including financial & investment, media and hospitality. He has extensive expertise in Voice / Data Networking, Linux Systems and has held the coveted Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) certification for over 20 years. To complement his expertise in the networking space, Daniel is continually broadening his knowledge in growth platforms such as cloud technologies, virtualisation and Wintel.
Daniel has an exceptional ability to analyse complex IT situations quickly and provide succinct and professional advice based on experience and specific knowledge. He is well known for his talent in designing and troubleshooting complex networking problems and working with critical infrastructure requiring high end security and availability.
As CTO of Etika Technology Services, Daniel uses his enterprise experience to solve problems for businesses of all sizes.
